Mark Burnett – Managing Director

As MD of Burlen, Mark oversees all aspects of the business, having taken over the MD role from his Father in the early noughties. His passion for each of the Burlen brands is all-consuming, and work is more pleasure than chore. With a history in motorsport, Mark ensures all brands offer road and track applications and guarantees best performance with ultimate reliability.

A fan of anything with an engine, Mark is Burlen’s chief racing driver while also being a qualified HGV driver and motorcyclist. Never usually spotted in a car that could be described as ordinary, Mark also owns a Fire Engine, various Race Transporters, a classic tractor, a few motorbikes, lots of racing cars and a large RV.

Jamie Burnett – Production Director

Responsible for creating and manufacturing product, Jamie is a perfectionist where only the best will do. When he’s not developing or enhancing new product Jamie can be found investigating the latest in manufacturing technologies to enhance Burlen’s in-house traditional engineering skills.

Jamie is also responsible for the Skinners Union merchandise range, a task to which his education in art is perfectly suited. With a penchant for tweed and tattoos Jamie’s English gentleman style gives little clue to his love of classic and custom American cars. Owner and creator of the Skinner Special Rat Rod truck, Jamie also owns a barn full of rare American V8s, all used regularly, and all suitably lowered to give the perfect stance.

Andy Burnett – Logistics Director

When you order from Burlen we ship product fast, all around the globe. Andy ensures our warehouses are always effectively stocked and believes customer service is an artform that must be practised and protected at all costs. Good is not good enough, Andy is always looking at new ways to improve our supply chains and customer despatch operations.

Regularly spotted darting around the B-Roads in a 996 Porsche, Andy also has an incurable love of military vehicles and owns hordes of memorabilia, machinery and vehicles all with a military past. With various vehicles in for restoration, Andy often commutes in his Willy’s Jeep or Ferret Armoured Car the latter being the cause of many a rush hour Salisbury traffic jam as he cruises along at 45mph with his head poking out of the turret.
